The Pleasures of a Caimeli Retreat

Set amidst acres of olive trees and green mountains it is no surprise that most of our guests spend a large part of their experience outdoors. We offer you a number of ways to soak up the natural beauty of this unforgettable location within our onsite facilities. On the property, we have an infinity swimming pool of 17 x 4 meter and a studio serving the activities of both Yoga and Pilates. Circumventing the property, we have hiking and running trails galore for the beginner as well as the experienced. For the indoor person, we could entice you with individual cooking, language, or even Yoga or Pilates classes for your enjoyment all by appointment only.

Shopping

We will direct you to the prestigious luxury brands in our area; Prada in Montevarchi, Brunello Cucinelli in Solomeo, or visiting the numberous local shops in Perugia and Spoleto. If it is antiques, then we could suggest a trip to the antique market in Arezzo (1st week of the month; Saturday and Sunday).

Cooking Class

Why not spice up your holiday in Umbria by taking the opportunity to prepare some authentic, seasonal Italian dishes. By appointment only. 4 hours in duration.

Wine Testing Tours

We can offer you wine tours to the famous wine region of Montefalco and the cellars of Paolo Bea, Tabarrini, and Scacciadiavoli or a myriad of other unknown but up in coming cantinas or trips to the other wine regions of Lago Trasimeno, Orvieto in Umbria or Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino in Tuscany or Jesi in the Marche.

Cycling

Discover Umbria by bicycle. It is a mecca for hill climbing and cappuccino drinking.
Racing, Mountain and E-Bikes are available to rent by appointment in advance.

Yoga & Pilates

Available for private lessons by appointment only

Hiking

The beautiful territory of Umbria is rich in Natural Parks and protected areas for hiking.

Massages

Try a therapeutic massage inside or outdoors after a hard day touring or by the pool.

Pool and Garden

For our guests enjoyment and comfort we have an infinity heated swimming pool with an extraordinary serene view of the surrounding green hills. Our vegetable, and spice gardens plus our numerous olive groves are located throughout the property. You are welcome to pick our succulent tomatoes at the beginning of the summer, our green figs at the end of the summer or our walnuts in September.

Cultural Tours

Whether you prefer the churches, museums or even Etruscan excavations we have all of it in Umbria. We can arrange tours based on your interest or we can suggest and create specific tours for you.
