Module 1: Glass Half Full, Glass Half Empty

Living in the moment means that you pay attention to your present experiences instead of letting your mind gets caught up in stressful and upsetting thoughts. The enemy of peace of mind is the expectations drilled into you by society. Our program of instruction will include the following:

  1. Use your senses to ground you: go out in nature
  2. Balance your thoughts of the past, present, and future
  3. Cultivate unselfconsciousness: let go and stop thinking about your performance
  4. Create personal rituals: visual your daily goals
  5. Daily reflection: begin a journal
  6. Downshift your life: abundance comes from time not money

Module 2: The Wind is Strong; Build Walls or Windmills

When the student is ready the teacher will appear. When the student is truly ready the teacher
will disappear.
Shu-Ha-Ri

This is a way of thinking and mastering a technique. Learn the basics, start experimenting and integrating this into your life and eventually innovate and apply this learning to life situations. Our program of instruction will include the following:

  1. Find peace in imperfection
  2. Change what you cannot accept, accept what you cannot change
  3. Preserve your dignity during tough times
  4. Seek improvement in all areas of your life
  5. Do not compare yourself to others. Everyone has different timelines

SCHEDULE

  • 16:00- 18:00: arrival, settle in and group Aperitivo introduction to the program , Q&A , assessment tests and program handouts
  • 19:00: Dinner
  • 8:00 -9.30 yoga and meditation
  • 10:00 Light Breakfast
  • 10:45 – 12:45 Group session
    First hour: introduction, ice-breaking and, trust building games, where participants get to know
    each other.
    Second hour: share personal experience on the topic in a group session with the guidance of a
    therapist, and comments on particular situations.
  • 13:00 -14.30 Lunch / free time
    Individual sessions will begin after lunch, with each lasting 45 minutes
  • 14.30-18:15 Individual Sessions
  • 19.30-21.00 Dinner
  • 21:00-22.00 Role Play
  • 8:00-9:30 Yoga and Meditation
  • 10:00 Light Breakfast
  • 10:45 -12.45 Group session
    Incorporating results of individual sessions and tests into the concept of the module’s topic.
    Active discussion and participation through exercises and techniques.
  • 13:00 -14:15 Lunch
  • 14.30 – 18.15 Individual Sessions of 45 minutes each
  • 19.30-21.00 Dinner
  • 21:00 -22.00 Vision Boards
  • 09:00-10.00 yoga
  • 10:00-10:30 Mindfulness -Body Scan
  • 10:45-11:15 Light Breakfast
  • 11:15 -13:00 Group therapy
  • 13:15 American Brunch
  • 15.00 Departure
